XY adjustment? (Might be a ridiculous question...)

Hello friends, we're using this camera with a Letus 1/3" relay and their Ultimate adapter. It's been an adventure at times, but we're really REALLY close to dialing it in to perfection. Does the camera use all of the sensor, or is there an ability to gain a little image one way or the other? And where would I find this option?

Reason being, we're getting a shadowing from within Ultimate on about 2-4% of the left side of the image. With a fixed lens solution, you could merely zoom past this area, but with the relay, there is no ability to zoom. It is set. There is an X-Y adjustment within the Ultimate, but I believe we've used it all!

Thoughts?

How about an ability to slightly 'zoom' into the sensor? (yup, I know... ridiculous)
