FS-4 HD and the HD110U at DVinfo.net

Am I correct that you cannot trigger the FS-4 HD to record from the HD110u? So far I've tried several settings and haven't been able to do so. I'm assuming this is one of the reasons that the DR-HD100 is useful, but are there other features that make the HD100 a better fit for this camera?

set the fs4 hd to tapeless if theres no tape on the jvc. synchro is ther is.
