JVC has said that future models in the ProHD range will capture and record in progressive and interlaced 1,920-x-1,080 modes.

Yeah, I noticed that - do they mean HDCAM direct to HDD (i.e. without MPEG2 compression), or are they going to blow the doors of off HDV with a 1920x1080 mode, we wonder??!
