You can go to the link below and send an email:
JVC Professional Customer Support The correct number is (800)582-5825 from what I can tell. I had to have service a while back, and the only way I could get anyone involved was to contact the company I bought the camera and they contacted the District Area Rep. I then was able to get ahold of someone in an office in the city with the repair facility who put the repair facility in contact with the district rep. After a few days, someone worked out a deal for me to send in the camera to the repair facility (different from the repair facility in my region) and the District rep followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. |

Steven,
There is a JVC repair center that I used when I had my 5000U in Aurora IL. I can't find the card at this time but it's a walk in or mail in center. I used it a couple of time and they did a nice job and were quick about it as well. IIRC it's on Jefferson St. . You can call and get an authorization number. HTHs Don |

Stephen,
I ran into the same dilemma when I had to send mine in for warranty repair late last year. I wasn't happy about sending it in w/o talking to someone. Got the same run around and ended up getting an RMA etc. from the website and sent it in to the Aurora repair center. Didn't have any problems. The tech even called me about the problem. Regards, Jerry |
