JVC Repair Center Question please help
I have to send my JVC HD-110u in for repair and I live in Toledo, Ohio. When I called the 800 number to see which service center they gave me the Lawrenceville Georgia center. However the Aurora, Illinois center is closest. Is there a reason that when I gave my location they gave me the Georgia vs. Illinois center when clearly Illinois is closest? The issue that I'm having is that my camera isn't working and based off what I was told when I posted in the forum was that it was the internal fuse. Can someone help me in regards to which center is more than likely to fix the product because I don't want to send it to one and they send it to another furthering the time it will take for me to receive it back? Thanks for all your help

When I had my 5000U I used the Aurora center (I could drop it off and pick it up) and they were great. Fast service and reasonable pricing.
I think if you google it you should find the number. Don |

It may be that JVC USA have done what they've done here in Europe, where they've completely split their professional and broadcast work away to specific centers. It's upset a number of people here in Paris, doubtless JVC had their reasons though.
