Canon DSLR lenses on an HD200?
I'm about to buy an HD200, and there's obviously lots to learn about this camera.
I see from a recent thread a number of people discussing the various ways to fit Nikon DSLR lenses to the JVC. I use Canon DSLR cameras and have a number of Canon lenses. Is it possible to fit these to the JVC? |

I don't believe this is possible. Two things work against it -- the Canon EF back focus distance is too short (Nikon is just long enough to be compatible with the JVC 1/3" mount) and Canon's proprietary electronic lens controls would require some form of licensed interface (many Nikon lenses are fully mechanical).

EF barely can focus infinity
No offence to previous post
it's barely enough to put the lens in focus to inifinity but if u build one might be very tricky. yes, EF lens uses eletronic to control the aperture but if u use max is fine JY |
