Best accesories for 100/110/200 at DVinfo.net

Hi, in my company we have a budget to buy some upgrades for our cameras (a GY-HD100, a GY-HD110 and a GY-HD200), I was thinking in buying new lenses but the current lenses work just fine so I searched in Google and this the list I think will give us the best images and optimize our work:

- DR-HD100 (the 100 GB version): we are tired of tapes, we tested OnLocation CS3 recently and we liked so we want the same disk recording feature minus a laptop
- ACM-12 1/2" lens converter: we got a bunch of 1/2" lenses with extenders so we want to use it
- HDFILTER-PKG Tiffen filter package: I founded this in BH Photovideo but I want to know if this is a good buy

Our BR-HD50 died and the warranty voided some months ago, we still need a VCR for playback but we don´t want the same VCR, is there any other VCR brand that can playback JVC HDV tapes?

Wich accesories do you think we should buy or if you have any other accesories that are better than this just tell me. Thank you.
