Bad pixel corection needed at DVinfo.net

Hi there i have one JVC HD100 and for some long now i noticed one bad pixel, so i heard that there's a way to correct that problem, is that so? and can i also correct on the footage that i've already recorded? Who to solve this?

Hi Luis,
