gain and noise check (with better than without in some case !)
Hi,
according to Tim's DVD wich is very great for understanding all the JVC features, i've made some adjustments and i'm happy to share some of my results. Here are some frame grabs and a short capture showing difference between 0,3 and 9dB. I've never reached that quality before ! http://www.tophos.com/images/hd200/n...k/0dbCheck.tga http://www.tophos.com/images/hd200/n.../0dbCheck2.tga http://www.tophos.com/images/hd200/n...k/3dbCheck.tga http://www.tophos.com/images/hd200/n.../3dbCheck2.tga http://www.tophos.com/images/hd200/n...k/9dbCheck.tga http://www.tophos.com/images/hd200/n.../9dbCheck2.tga grabbed from http://www.tophos.com/images/hd200/n...oiseCheck.mpeg Settings: (checked on a FullHD 1080p 46inch monitor, near noise free) - camera operation: 25p - Master Black: -1 - detail min, v/h balance: normal, H Freq: low, V Freq: low, Skin off - Black compress, level 1 - White clip: 100%, knee manual 80% - DNR off - Cinema Off, Color matrix Cinema, Gamma Cinema, Level Min, Color Gain 5 you can see that i have 3 dead pixels ! |
