new JVC gy hd200
Well i made the plunge to JVC after months of research on shoulder cams i decided on the hd 200. I still have my XHA1 but wanted a shoulder cam for all the free hand shooting we do on our outdoor TV show. This cam seems to fit the bill for all the things we need plus some! I cant wait to get it in a few days and get up and running with it. This seems to be the best HD cam for the price in any range B&H has a price reduction and JVC has a rebate! I will be looking in this area alot in the future! I post some input when the cam arrives

Welcome to the JVC Lovers Club, Kirk. Just finished 4 days in a remote location shooting with mine (about 1 and a half months old) and I'm SO glad I made the decision to go with the 200! Now if only FCP would play nice with it...
