Gy HD100U Won't power up at all
Does anyone know what could have happened? Used the camera to shoot some scenery from indoors through a window the next day it will not power up at all with both power sources: battery or ac acdapter. Any help? Thanks in advance. Edward

Then your internal fuse is most likely blown.
You need to go to JVC Service for repair.

Nope, it's fuse on a PCB.

other possibility
Hi edward
if this happened after you were using the mains AC adaptor, check that the yellow insulating ring on the end of the AC connector to camera. If it is missing, it may have snapped off inside the camera's AC socket. It's a not too big an issue to remove it. If the yellow ring is missing, let me know and I'll send you the link to the thread that describes how to fix it. Rob Adams |
