JVC 100 and CapDVHS question

Hi Guys,

Just wondering, in the "SETTINGS" box in CapDVHS, which setting do I need?

188 bytes TS or 192 bytes TS.

I imagine this is something to do with data rate when transferring footage from the Hd100 to the computer but I'm am unsure of the merits and misgivings of either option. Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks in advance, Greg.
