Blue Screen on the 201

My next project will be shot in 720/ 50 p. Is it possible to do a blue screen in HDV? Anything I need to think of or any disadvantages doing so?

I have never done this before but my client wants it.

If you do a search on this forum you'll find multiple applications were they used keying successfully.
