Time coded dubs from JVC HDV cameras

Hi all
i'm in the middle of a documentary and I need to dub interviews to VHS tape with a time coded window so the interviews can be transcribed. Is there anyway I can go straight out of my JVC 111 camera into a VHS deck(same deal for similiar cameras ie JVC 101 etc I imagine)??
If not can someone enlighten me to the fastest way to do this thru FCP??
