TV Technology Article on HD250
TV Technology magazine featured a really balanced and quite positive review of the GY-HD250 by Carl Mrozek in the Oct 3 issue. He also test the 2/3 to 1/3 lens adaptor with several HD lenses. DVinfonetter Tim Dashwood gets a nod via his collection of scene files...are they only geared towards film out?
I only noticed a few errors like listing 1080i recording, which he corrects later in the article and also implying the BR-HD50 deck will overcomes the inability to capture 720p60 footage into FCPro through down conversion to 720p30. (anaolog only with the BR-HD50 & with a capture card). Dave Beaty |

Sorry, I assumed it was online as well, but I went to their link and the article isn't online. But you should be able to get a free subscription! I've been reading it for about 15 years now.
