Scene file &/or set-up

The best camera set-up for good looking video is www.paolociccone.com/hd100-calibration-3.html.
Once you camera is set up well, the secret to good food photography is in lighting and food prep. Tweeking can best be done is post. There are no magic formulae. Study good looking food photography and emulate. Better yet, experiment.
Good luck.
