HD10U Serviced
I keep forgetting to post this, but I sent my HD10U in for service a few months back. I put two items on the service ticket, one that there was a stuck pixel, and the other was that the camera would sometimes power down when play was pressed in VTR mode. I was about two weeks out of warranty, so I figured I'd be in for at least a small hit. I called about two weeks later, and the service center said the camera was ready, though the final invoice had not been completed. I picked my HD10U up the following day, and all work was completed - for a grand total of $0! Needless to say, I was happy, and my HD10U performed wonderfully last month in Australia (Coral Sea & Great Barrier Reef). Just thought I'd pass that along..

Good to hear. If you ever have a chance to throw up some clips/stills please do.
