HD7 body color ( silver

I really want to know what's the difference ,aside from color, between the hd7 silver an hd7 black body. And why is the HD7 which has silver body color cheaper than the black HD7 model?

The silver will be branded Victor and not JVC. It is the japanese model, not US. No US warranty I think.
