JVC GZ-MG40U MOD & MOI files

My dad has this camera and now wants me to show him how to use a computer to edit! So the question is how do i merge these files to make one? I undrstand that one is audio and the other video, but i'm stumped here!

Thanks for help
John

You do not use the MOI file. MOD files are not used with the GZ-HD7.
