Please help error message

im on a shoot camera is showing on screen now "TURN POWER OFF TURN BACK ON LATER"

left it off for an hour, no change , 3 hours later no change

please anyone urgent solution needed

JVC hm200 u thats why i posted in this forum, all the models are basically the same 170,180,200,250 apart from firmware

Sounds like it needs to be sent out for repair. hope your shooting with a backup.

This is the backup camera used to shoot b roll

I managed to download firmware and installing it but error message has returned, and diagnostic mode is no help either

Has camera gone from air conditioned to hot/humid conditions that may have caused condensation inside the camera? I believe some Sony cameras actually have a dew warning when moisture is detected, sounds similar in that it is telling you to wait and try again later (when temperature/humidity situation is equalized).

Im afraid its not that , I spoke to technical support and they say its a lens issue ,and it seems to be a big problem in the series 170,180,190,200,250 series cameras ls300 is not affected because it does not have a lens
