External monitor question
I will be using the LS300 next week shooting 1080/50P to the internal cards.
Do I have any options on setting the BNC monitor output? That is, will it be identical to the recording format at 50P or can that be changed to something else? I ask because my monitor may not accept 50P, only as 50I. Thanks!

Re: External monitor question
In a perfect world I would but the client, a foreign national, is supplying the camera the day of the shoot.
My understanding is, if shooting in 4K you can have the external BNC downconvert to 1080I, but I cannot find anything in the manual that says you can change that output to anything else if shooting only in HD. Just hoped someone who owns the camera had had the need to do something similar.

Re: External monitor question
If recording in 1080 50p, you have the option of setting the BNC output to 50p or 50i.

Re: External monitor question
If that's the case, then I'm all set. I can use my monitor on 50I and shoot at 50P.
Much thanks.
