WIFi Connectivity
Hi has anyone here successfully been able to establish a wifi connection with these cameras i have a hm 200
the ethernet adapter works fine , however i have 3 of the wifi adapters on jvc's list and im unable to get them to connect camera is recognizing them as wireless adapters i can scan and see all ssid , but still not getting any connection even when i remove all wep, wap and security passwords, ii have tried several routers and im frustrated . i read every manual on jvc site including the ones from ls300, and others in the series hm650/850/890 there is a very helpful manual that covers streaming by Gustav W, Emrich that provides fantastic info not supplied in JVC manual but still i cant connect over wifi http://jvcwebseminar.3d-special.de/u...cs_GWE_v2a.pdf

I am connecting with my 2 wifi dongles. Using it for downloading to my iPad/ iPhone and for remote settings. Have tried out streaming to Youtube - works great.

Wifi adapter - Edimax Wireless 802.11n USB nano-adapter http://www.digitalimpuls.no/Media/Ca...r600669748.Png I have used another adapter to, but it was too large and could not be in the camera all the time. Hope this helps! Br. |
