Looks great,

only one thing funny (the green cable you used to attach your camera) :-)

way not make a little hole in your plate and add a screw, and for further protecion adding a velcro belt?

just an idea

greets

Michaël.

Nice work! It looks simple, effective, and easy to use. I look forward to seeing some video from the jib itself.

What tripod head is being used?

Hello Sergiu,
It's nice to see here some romanian people.
I have some short questions for you:

What is your dealer for CANON XL2?
It's from Bacau or from Bucharest?
Why did you chose CANON and not a SONY or JVC camera?

Hi! ( Salutare ! )
My dealer it;s not from Romania . I have bought the camera from www.bhphotovideo.com .
I chose this camera between : SONY HD-FX1 and PANASONIC DVX100B . I think i have made a great decision by buy the XL2 . If you want more details why I chose this camera please email at this adress : sergiu@ambra.ro and I will explain to you in Romanian language . I don't speak very well english and it is hardly for me to express my point of view in this language .

Hi Sergiu! Nice work!
I'm from Hungary! I also want to make my own crane or BUY the Cobra crane I. from promax. I have a Canon XM2, and make nature, relaxing and wedding video. I want to make movement as smooth as i can get with the crane.

I also have a friend here in Hungary from Romania.
