Device for attaching tripod to backpack
Does anyone know if there is a device out there for attaching tripods to backpacks that don't have specific tripod straps? Besides the good old bungee cord of course...
Thanks!

Hi Dylan,
I'd suggest making, or buying, Velco straps to do that job. You can make, or buy, these in any size you need, length and width. I use these for attaching all sorts of things - to all sorts of things, including a small Tri-Pod to my old Boy Scout Back Pack - with an aluminium frame. Harold |

Ah, good advice! The best solution is often the simplest (and cheapest too, extra bonus!)

You can go to your local specialty outdoor shop and buy webbing that has clips (like that on your back pack) of various lengths, I use these types of strapes for strapping just about anything to the pack, adjustable and much more secure than velcro. cheers jason
