Hi, I live in Croatia which is right next to Bosnia. Until 1995 we were actually the same country, Yugoslavia. People in Bosnia are generally very friendly and they treat guests very good. The only problem may be the language barrier but I'm sure you'll be able to get around (most people in Bosnia if they speak a foreign language would speak German). Check out the old part of Sarajevo, the capital. There are three different nationalities living in Bosnia, Croatians, Serbs and Bosnians-Muslims. Even though some people think it is unsafe out there because of the war and everything that happened there I'd say You'll have a great time.
Best regards, Javor |
