JY-HD10U and Editing
What are the specs for JVC's new edit software that comes with the camera? System requirements; etc.? Is a hi-def card needed for the PC? Can the software accept EDLs?
If you have an Apple with FCP, can you plug and edit? Or is the camera and edit system proprietary to each other? If we can use Apples, do we need a hi-def card for the Mac? Thanks, Heath McKnight |

I believe the minimum requirements are a Windows system with a PIII. I'm not sure which OS is required. I'd also check into disk requirements.

JY-HD10U and Apple
Thanks, but, what about Apple? Any clues if one can plug the HD camera into an Apple and cut with FCP? If not, I'm betting 3rd Party Peeps will develop it.
