exporting HDV 24f using the Canon H1 at DVinfo.net

Forgive me if you have dealt with these questions before. I want to know what my options are for exporting HDV 24f recorded using the Canon H1.

If I shoot HDV at 24f can I export to Mini DV tape using Premier with the Matrox RT.X2? and if it’s possible can only H1’s play back the tape because it was shot at 24f?

If I shoot HDV at 24f and want to export to DVD using Premier with the Matrox RT. X2 roughly how many minutes of HVD footage can fit on a standard 4.7G DVD? Or can DVD’s only play at SD resolution?

I’m about to shoot my first short film using the H1 and I want to make sure I use the right settings.

Any information would be appreciated, thanks.
