30p, Slow Motion, and Twixtor

Has anyone had any experience slowing down 30p footage using Twixtor? Just wondering if Twixtor supports this, and how it accomplishes it.

I'm interested in this too as I'm looking for a slow-mo solution for FCP. I've tried Twixtor briefly and it seems to work very nicely. It creates "in-between" frames to make it look like it was shot at a higher frame rate (over-cranked) and played back at 24 or 30 fps. I haven't worked with it enough to know more than it CAN work well and that it takes a long time to render. I'd like to know more from actual users, though.
