DVFilm has a new HD editing solution for PCs
In addition to video-to-film transfers, 24p and NTSC/PAL conversion software products, they now offer a PC NLE. It's provides an intermediate (DI) codec for editing HDV (like all PC NLEs, edit with a DI!). You can edit minidv and DVCPro HD in the HVX200.

Not an NLE, dvfilm has a new HD codec that is usable in PC NLEs such as Premiere and Vegas.
