re-render to PAL... problems :(
Hi all,
i'm re-rendering a video set to PAL format for individuals overseas, and am having some problems. I'm using Vegas 4 and DVDA. I've re-rendered the mpeg2 files to PAL, and the file-sizes decreased. However, when i drag those new PAL files into my DVDA project (just replacing the old NTSC files with the new PAL ones and keeping all of my markers, etc) the file size jumps up a few GB and DVDA wants to recompress my .ac3 audio track (which i've left as the original, since i think i don't have to re-render that for the conversion). Is somethign going on here that i'm missing, or am i going to have to re-build my whole project from the ground up? Kind Regards, matt lewis |
