Help with FLICKERING
HELP. Got a shot to fix. I shot a guy outside at night in front of a fountain and the fountain light Flickers. Any idea on how to fix it? Maybe some plugin made originally to fix rolling shutter could help? Trying to mask out the guy and blurring the background? Some other ideas?
