terenex or snell and wilcox frame rate conversion

I have shot two hrs long documentary in 1920X1080 25p.Most of the footage is 4:2:2 8 bit or 10 bit.Now a US distributer wants it in NTSC interlaced . May I how much a terenex or a snell and wilcox frame rate conversion is going to cost.Thanks in advance.

You will need to find a dub house that has one and get the quote from them.
