IRIG B to SMPTE
Working a tecnical issue for a client. Does anyone know anything about IRIG B timecode and how specifically to convert it to SMPTE for use as AUX timecode?

IRIG B is used to sync radio stations transmitting atomic clock info.
Way different than SMPTE. |

That's why it requires an expensive 5k black box for the conversion. So it is possible, just not in software. This is for a NASA application/test.
