I created a Qmaster cluster to crunch HD encodes

Not sure if many of you have setup a Qmaster cluster before, that lets Apple's Compressor app distribute encoding across the Macs on your LAN?

I've started setting this up, and I'm seeing some seriously improved encode times. My problem is I don't have a lot of experience with Qmaster so I'm hoping to pick some of your brains and get feedback on the guide I have written up:

How To Setup a Qmaster Encode Cluster | HD Rookie: Save Time. Work Smarter.

I'm trying to create a guide that brings together all the diffrent bits I've found online to set this up, and put it all in one spot. I'd really appreciate any of your feedback for things I could correct/add etc.

Let me know if you have any suggestions, thanks!
