How to open m2t format clipping in PC?.
I am interested in buying Sony HD camcorder FX1/Z1 in near future. I have downloaded some clips in m2t format( just to study the results), but I can'nt open it in Premier Pro1.51(upgraded). The software is not recognizing the format and show the message "file format not supported". I also have AspectHD3.0 trial ver. Can anyone guide me how to open these files on my PC.
P-4, 512 RAM, 2.8Ghz processor, 256 AGP ATI Radeon9200, 80 GB +120 GB Harddrives(7200 rpm)

Use the HDLink software that came with Aspect HD to convert the M2T file to Cineform AVI - then edit with that.

With Premiere 6.01, I was able to just rename it to .mpg and Premiere loaded it in. However, I didn't try editing that way, I was just using it to convert to Avid's DNxHD format.
