Urgent MiniDV to HD CAM transfer/layoff question at DVinfo.net

This may not be the right place to ask this... if so, I apologize up front for being clueless. But I just noticed that a festival I was about to send my doc to requires that (if selected) I send an HD CAM (formatted 16x9, 1080/60i) exhibition copy. Where do any of you recommend that I turn to check pricing? Searches on Google, Alta Vista, etc. have only turned up hits for transfers to film and places to buy equipment.

At the moment the only pressing thing is to decide if this requirement makes that particular festival too pricey for me, as the postmark deadline is in a few days. I've avoided all festivals that require a film print, for obvious financial considerations. But Tribecca supposedly welcomes indies shot on DV, so surely there must be a way to pull it off without costing an arm and a leg.

Project stats: Shot 24pA on the DVX100; 115 min. TRT; audio shot on same.

Any direction anyone has to offer would be greatly appreciated.
