Adobe Encore uses Mainconcept mpeg2 encoder I believe. And you say you notice an improvement in quality with TMPGE? Is Encore lock into Mainconcept or can I choose TMPGE if it was installed?

I know it takes out ALL of the chroma noise with the reduce noise filter , 1 drawback , lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng render times when doing this |
