New version of ffmpegX supports H.264 Advanced Video Codec (mpeg-4 part 10)??
Anyone know if this is worthwhile?
Check this out: http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/15473 I just encoded a raw "m2t" file into a H.264 file......it's like 60% smaller and seems to look perfect, and plays in the VLC player! I'm experimenting with this, so if anyone else can also look into it...please do! Help! Murph

I notice that this version also outputs MPEG2 transport stream, has anyone tried using this for going back to the camera?
