FCP 6.0.5 problems....

So i've got FCP 6.0.5 (the latest update) running on a few machines, and when i try to open FCP documents from my G5 with a PowerPC Processor on a G5 with an Intel processor it tells me the version of final cut is too old and it won't open.

Can anyone give me any insight on this?

Thanks.

When it says that your project is too old does it also ask you to update? If so you must click yes to update the project otherwise it won't open the original.
