Color Shift Problem with MediaCoder

I'm trying to encode H264, with x264, muxing into an MP4 container, in MediaCoder (nice freeware, when it works right). Color appears to be getting shifted slightly (but noticeably) towards magenta.

I don't think it's x264, because I can encode H264 AVIs from VirtualDub, using the VFW version of x264, without any noticeable shift in color.

Does anyone here know what the problem might be, that I'm having with MediaCoder (and how to fix it)?

Alternatively, does anyone know of a good GUI for encoding H264, with x264, along with AAC audio, muxing into an MP4 container?
