I edited the posting to include Vegas.
I really do not have a preference to what you edit in, as long as you can deal with M2T files and can produce a good product. Thanks, M |

Ha, ok then.
[Hi. I would like to be in Texas (and know how to speak Spanish better), but good luck. I think your work [seems like] fun.] |

LOL,
Yeah, we tend to have too much fun... but that is a good thing. However, we are trying to expand with some new services and we would like to get some help with the new stuff. Ironically, the biggest problem seems to be the m2t files. I hate them and so do everybody else. I guess I will have to spend some more time figuring out a workflow to make it easier to find somebody... M |

GRIP/PA's needed in Austin, Texas!!!
Hello All,
I am reaching out my humble hands out in hopes of finding a couple of good (and free!) GRIPS/PA's for a one day shoot in Austin on October 13. Here's a little history for you. I have spent most of my life as an editorial/pro-sports photographer. Tons of my work can be seen today by just Googling my name. (Lot's of cool pictures if I do say so myself ! ha, ha.) I now find that my industry is changing everday with the focus steering away from print media and more towards multimedia presentations on the internet. So, I've decided that if my particular industry was going towards video then why do it half ass. Forget some small time multimedia presentation of some nameless newspaper website. Why not shoot for the stars and try my hands at producing and directing a tv show. (I do have some experience, I was a video/film major in school but went back to my first love of photography.) So, here we are today. I've got a unbelievable host in Texas, a cool location, a bunch of gear, some extra's, a storyboard and a dream. Only thing missing is some extra hands. What we will be working on is the opening sequence for my tv show pilot. There will be some hot chicks, and some cool tattoos, a 70's glam hotel and did I say some hot chicks? And one cool, verry funny host for you ladies who might be interested in helping as well! It's going to be a lot of fun, (trust me on this, I flew out to Austin a few days ago for some pre-production stuff and my host was like the King of Sixth Street!), we'll get to learn a few things together and we'll feed you. If your interested please drop me a note as soon as possible at scott@scottaudette.com to discuss the details. Thanks, Scott Audette |

Sorry for the delay...
My brother does the website portion and I do the video part for non-video types that need video on their sites. Here are 2 links to websites that are currently being developed: http://www.lonniestory.com http://www.visionsoflife3d.com If you need further info, let me know and I'll get you his email address. Best, Lisa |

Need Steadicam Owner Op in LA
Hi all:
Need your recommendations on hiring a Steadicam Operator for single day shoot in LA. 1. Must be very skilled 2. Must own rig that can easily handle Panasonic Varicam loaded up with film-style setup (wireless video tap needed, wireless follow focus needed) 3. Must have Steadicam reel on-line so that director can approve of hire 4. Non-union job 5. Shoot is on Wednesday, October 17th in the Valley No offense intended but need a real pro who does this for a living, no low end rigs or inexperienced operators. This will be a short day for the operator but he/she must be able to nail these carefully blocked shots through a four sided set. Please call me (805) 443 3541 or e-mail blfilms@mac.com me if you fit the bill. All the best, Dan Brockett |

I thought the samples were very cool.
I don't have a need now, but may in the future. Can you do animation as well? Someone was recently asking me about including including simulations in a video work. Like mechanical processes of a machine etc... |
