ENG crew needed in London
We have need of an ENG crew to shoot at the Temple Church in London. We would like to shoot in an NTSC-friendly format and would prefer XDCAM HD, DVCPRO HD, or a good HDV setup. JVC HD100 (or 110, 200 or 250) would be fine provided shooting is done at 30P 1280x720. The shoot is Friday 3/30 so time is of the essence.

I don't have any GOOD examples of my compositing work because of extremely short deadlines, but I'd be interested in lending a hand. The one piece I do have is available at www.ehrichs.net/DepressionSVCD.mpg Email is jacob2@ehrichs.net if you'd like to contact me.

I have no experience, but I have shake and would love to have something to cut my teeth on. I've poked at the tutorials, but I work better with real projects and a real deadline.

Much to my surprise...
Nobody responded, although as of this moment, 38 people have at least looked at the post.
Consequently, we've gone ahead and booked a Rueters crew. Somebody missed a good one here, the shoot is in a fascinating location, the Temple Church with the "Valiant Master of the Temple" Robin Griffith-Jones who is the current head of the famous Knights Templar. We're also paying $1260 US for a two hour shoot with a mundane DVCPro 25 format camera. I was really hoping to bring this work to one of our forum members. On the other hand, the shoot has been postponed until Tuesday, so if anyone can come up with an awesome offer, perhaps we can "unbook" Rueters. Tip |

Hi, I can't help you right now due to a huge loss to me yeterday, but I'll be in contact with what we can possibly help with in the future, it's a job we would have loved to have done, sorry I can't help right now.

Loss...
Ian,
I hope your loss was material rather than human. If the former, my best wishes for recovery, if the latter, my condolences. Tip |

Thank you for your kind words
I'm afraid the loss was my father, the head of our company and one of the best Sound recordist's on this planet, from an emmy nomination to recording the Beatles and Rolling Stones on there Decca auditions he did everything, traveled to 176 countries while working for the BBC film dept, the last thing we talked about was getting in contact with you over this job, his death is a huge loss to us and to the Film and TV industry the world over. Thanks again for your kind words Ian savage |

61... I wanted to see what your expectations were as probably the rest of the views. And it almost looks like you are looking for one of each, so folks are looking.
I do some stuff with Animation:Master, but by no means am I a graphic artist. Curiosity. |
