British male voice-over available
If anyone ever requires a native British accent for any projects please check out my web site www.ianstark.com where you'll find a resume, voice demos etc etc.
I can offer a range of British accents and voices, including RP (what used to be known as 'standard BBC English'). I have my own studio which includes a Mackie desk, Focusrite compressor, Lexicon processor, Rode NT1000 mic, quiet vocal booth etc and I can deliver in a variety of formats, including mp3, wav, CD (more details on the web site). Anything and everything considered! Ian . . . |

That's interesting. Can you let us know in what price ranges we
should be thinking? (ofcourse that depends on size etc., but still an indication would be nice)

Hey Rob. My partner and I are able to handle every aspect of production. We are responsible for 100% of the work that goes into our shorts. When It comes to props and f/x, I'am able to take advantage of my other profession. I'am currently employed at a handful of model/prop construction shops in the L.A. area. Because of my situation, I have access to scrap material and tools. For most projects there would be virtually no cost going to materials, it would all go to labor and/or shipping. I'am very flexible when it comes to costs because I myself am a broke independent filmmaker.
If you have something you need, please don't hesitate to contact me! ____________________ Seth Peterson www.sundevilpictures.com |

To all the NJ/NY DV Filmmakers
Hello and Happy New Year.
I am seeking creative, hardworking filmmakers (w/own or access) to equipment who are interested in collaborating on some really cool projects this year. (Horror/action) I have some very good connections within the industry. However you know the story in order for the big boys to step in first you need to demonstrate what you can do to knock their socks off so to speak. I need people who understand NO/LOW,LOW LOW,LOW BUDGET filmmaking. They always say it's a hard climb to the top with a lot of slips and falls and bumps along the way but with everyone working together to achieve the same goal SUCCESS NOTHING is impossible. And with the sudden success of the horror/action genre market is even more a plus. One project is going to redefine the horror genre it is a touchy subject but I've added a TWIST. So if you are looking to build your reel, get involved with some hot projects, or looking to network and form the hottest production team then please let me know. Feel free to e-mail (Questar150@yahoo.com, questarp@yahoo.com) or call and leave a message at 212-696-7942. I have a script for a present project however it is being lengthened but can e-mail the current copy I have presently. |

If anyone lives near Devon, PA and has some time to help me, I want to burn my FCP project onto a DVD. I have a G5 and FCP 4, but am not very good with computers & don't want to make too many coasters.

I've changed the title of this thread to indicate where you are
and also moved the thread to a better forum for your question.

DV Editor in Orlando?
I'm shooting a short film next month which has been in preproduction for a while. The script has been received very well, and I'm casting next week (the lead role is already cast by a very talented young actor). The great locations are being secured as we speak and it's looking like it will be a very good production between myself and those who I am working with. It will be a 24p venture shot on the new DVX100A I recently decided to upgrade to from my GL2.
Anyway, I'm wondering if there is an editor in town, someone good, who would be interested in helping me edit this picture. I usually edit my own projects, but I am working so hard in making this a quality production, I'm finding great comfort in the idea that I might find a talented editor who would be able help me to take some of the load off. This is the only place I would even dare to find someone to help me edit, since there are good, genuine people on this forum as opposed to many other forums. While I cannot offer much in the way of cash, I can pull from a very large pool of resources and trade any of a number of services with you. For example, by day I create very high priced web sites, and work with some very, very talented graphic designers. Perhaps you need a logo, a content managed web site, whatever? Or I have lots of very talented musician friends who would be able to help you score one of your productions in exchange for helping me. Other than that if you tell me a need you have I can find out if I can get it done for you in trade for your editing services. Please shoot me an email if you'd like to at least talk about it - imran(at)theseventhlevel.net. Also, I really would prefer it if you're in Orlando so we can pow-wow freely when the need arises. |

Im not sure where Devon is but I dont think i'm very close. Do you have any DVD burning software? iDVD or DVD studio pro? iDVD is inexspensive($50) and may have have been preinstalled on your G5 pretty simple if you can operate FCP you should have no problems. Also do a search on the boards in the Mac forum as well.

European filmmakers for common independent filmproject wanted
Hello everybody
I´m looking for indepent filmmakers from different european countries for a common filmproject this year. The idea: The idea is to make a common movie (90 minutes) with a common basic story line. but each filmmaker shoots a part of the story. It will like a episodic movie where the episodes and the main characters of each episode are connected through a greater storyline. Each episode/part of the common movie should not be longer than 20 minutes. That means I´m looking for four to five european filmmakers who are interested in this filmproject. The goal: The goal is to make a very good european movie which shows the audience what is possible today with digital production methods and the connection via internet. A second goal is to stay in contact with other european filmmakers and the work on common future filmprojects. This is a non commercial no budget project. The medium for the shooting wil be DV/Mini DV. We will stay in contact via e-mail. Later real meetings are welcome, of course. Start of the project: The project will start in spring 2004. Each part of the common movie should be finished in autumm 2004. Contact: If you are an european independent no/low budget filmmaker with some first experiences in filmmaking and in the age between 20+ and 30+: then send your application via e-mail to: two-for-twenty@web.de Your application mail should reach us before feberuary, the 10. 10.02.2004 is the last day for applying via e-mail. to my person : I´m a independent filmmaker who lives in Hamburg,Germany. Some of you know me from the Lady X serial www.LadyXFilms.com I produced and directed the episodes 2 and 11 and worked as DoP in the episodes 2,9 and 11 . If you are interested in more infos about this european filmproject then write me an e-mail: two-for-twenty@web.de Thanks to your interest Steffen Werske |
