GEN: A Video I made with the Genesis from Panavision
I shot a video for the Heinz ketchup commercial contest recently, and used the Genesis from Panavision. I am a Panavision employee, so I had to take the advantage of using the camera. The camera itself was a pleasure to work with, from the DP I heard nothing negative. It was as if we were shooting with a film camera with Primo lenses, and the whole nine yards. I let him manipulate the colors directly to tape with the GDP, and I think it looks quite nice. I recently put the video up on Youtube. Unfortunately, to edit the film I had to downconvert it to minidv...but it still looks pretty good. I thought you guys might be interested, so I will provide the link below.
Enjoy. Brad Ungar (Fenix692) The Commercial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4M2Dt0okZi4 |
