I normally never do trade-ins because you lose so much of the value. In this instance I had a Canon 10D body dating back to 2004 sitting on the shelf gathering dust. B&H offered me $35 for the trade-in, hardly anything but the camera was worth at best $100 on the used market. However this netted me $550 savings on an A7s and the 24-70 F4, which was more than worth it!
