I am new to this board and was curious who I might buy some new DV gear from, so I took the advice of the DVI community and ordered the full version of FCP 4 from B&H and a DVX100A with accessories from EVS. Thanks for the help, Josh from EVS was great, very knowledgable about the products and although I don't remember the gentlemans name from B&H he was equally as helpful. I placed my order by phone but was sure to mention that the reason I was ordering from these two particular vendors was because of the advice from DV Info Net. Everything arrived as promised and I wouldn't hesitate to order from either company again.
Now, UPS delivery is another story, came home one day to find everything left outside on the front porch!! Thank god for honest neighbors. Nothing like a box with the big word CAMCORDER written on the side left in plain view.

Thanks for the post.
I am getting ready to spend a few bucks on a GL-2 and have been looking at vendors everywhere. Since I am usually in the states for only a few days a year I was leary to order from someone I did not know, leaving me with the option of paying way too much for the same product.
