High marks for B&H customer service!!
Just in case anyone might have doubts, I must share...
This week, I ordered an item (thru the DVInfo link) from B&H. It wasn't as described online, so I couldn't use it. I called customer service, and they not only are taking it back, they'll even pay for the return shipping! Yes, this is 'as it should be', but how many times does a company of this size just up and volunteer to pay return shipping before you even get a chance to "suggest" it? For me, not many times. Thanks B&H!
