Video bits left on timeline
Problem, I have Edius 7 plus. Sometimes when I move clips around, shorten, or even cut I notice that I am left with video bits that I have to find and cut from the time line. Is this solved with a software update or is this a set up problem? I usually turn off Rippple Mode, Snap to event, and Insert. These are VA tracks where the problem occurs. Thanks for advice.

Re: Video bits left on timeline
What are the video bits? Do the include audio?
Are they a continuation of another clip on the time line that you moved?

Re: Video bits left on timeline
The bits are so small I cannot see or hear audio at this time. I will check out more carefully so can answer your question. Yes, they are bits of clips that I have moved.
Thanks for responding. |

Re: Video bits left on timeline
Sounds like a frame or two from the end of a cut that resulted from inserting a clip to the timeline not at a clip boundary. Zoom way in, perhaps to 1 frame resolution, to see it,
