asus motherboards
read about these boards being very similar.
anyone have pro/con on these and which to go with for editing HD, AVCHD asus px58 D-E asus sabertooth x58 thanks |

Hi
If the motherboards are based on the same chipset there is no difference to speak off between them, certainly performance wise. The differences really come down to additional peripherals or interfaces added to the board. Regards Phil |

I will also state the same... the same chip X58 will be the same across different models of the mainboard but the chipset and tools are the same... extra add ins such as more usb ports, or serial controllers or External SATA Ports. Other wise the mainboards are all the same and work all the same way, as long as its the same chipset. (CPU, Video Card, RAM will make the difference).
