HD file delivery

I am going to be mastering a Blu-ray for our local 48 hour film project screening on a Mac / FCP system. For those filmmakers using Canopus, what is a good way to request a delivery file that FCP will be able to import? I'm not a Blu-ray authoring expert, and so am planning to put all the films for a screening on one timeline and then use FCP's "share" function.

Thanks for any suggestions,
Rob

That would be more than likely QuickTime movie. MPEG2 (.mpeg) will also work.
